	1. Attend and complete a 30-hour driver education classroom training program with a state-certified instructor which lasts a minimum of 6 weeks.
	2. Attend and complete 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driver training with a state-certified instructor.
	3. Complete 40 hours of daytime practice driving and 10 hours of night time practice driving with a licensed driver, 18 or older. This combined total of 50 hours practice driving must be recorded in writing and signed by a parent/guardian in the presence of a Notary Public. Upon notarization, the above affidavit must then be submitted to the student's state-certified behind-the-wheel instructor before they can issue the student their behind-the-wheel completion certificate.
